HR Assistant & PA Support Mayfair | 5 days in the office | £55,000–£65,000 + benefits We’re working with a highly regarded investment firm to appoint an HR & Operations Assistant supporting the people function alongside a senior leader. This is a varied and fast-paced role within a high-performing, professional environment, suited to someone with a blend of HR and PA experience who enjoys being fully embedded in a team and taking ownership across processes. The role You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle, while also providing high-quality support to a senior leader. Responsibilities include Supporting recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Preparing contracts, amendments and general HR administration Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries Supporting HR systems and ensuring data accuracy Managing diary, travel and ad hoc support for a senior leader Supporting wider team projects as required What the role offers Broad exposure across HR and business operations A collaborative and high-performing team environment Close interaction with senior leadership Competitive benefits package About you Previous experience within HR administration alongside PA/EA support at senior level Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional, discreet and confident handling sensitive information Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
