UX Research Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a UX Research Operations Recruiting Coordinator to join our B2B client on a 3 month contract. This role is ideal for someone with UX research operations experience recruiting for B2B participants. Responsibilities: Following detailed procedures to provide end-to-end research study participant management, including study setup for: • Interviews • In Person Research • Diary Studies • Usability Studies Experience: • 1+ year as a Research Recruiting Coordinator at a B2B SaaS company. • Must have recent direct experience of recruiting coordination for research. • Must have experience working within a system doing this work (Outreach tool ie. Rally, Salesforce, Ethnio, User Interviews) not manually doing via Gmail and spreadsheets. • Proficient in GoogleSheets/Excel. • Someone that can follow clear instructions, is reliable, well organized, high attention to detail, is a clear communicator, can balance multiple projects at once and is able to understand the concept of a research study. • Comfortable being in an administrative role.
