HubSpot Solutions Architect | Automation & RevOps Lead

Role Summary: We’re seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Solutions Architect & Automation Lead to design, configure, and deploy comprehensive HubSpot solutions for clients, covering CRM, marketing automation, sales operations, and RevOps. This role drives clarity, efficiency, and scale by connecting HubSpot with other critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs), including restructuring pipelines, custom properties, deal stages, and lifecycle management, to align with client's unique business needs.
• Design and implement advanced marketing and sales automation workflows and sequences within HubSpot, ensuring efficient lead nurturing, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Architect and build robust HubSpot integrations with other business platforms (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Gmail, ERPs, accounting systems) using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or native HubSpot APIs.
• Develop insightful HubSpot reporting dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with real-time visibility into sales, marketing, and operational performance.
• Lead efforts in CRM data cleanup, migration, and process optimization to ensure data integrity and maximize HubSpot's utility.
• Translate complex client processes and strategic goals into clear CRM architecture and automated solutions.
• Attend occasional client calls to gather requirements, present solutions, and document key decisions.

Must-Have Skills:
• Expert-level HubSpot Experience: Deep proficiency in configuring and optimizing HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
• Advanced Automation & Integration: Proven experience with HubSpot Workflows, Operations Hub, and connecting HubSpot with diverse tools using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, webhooks, and APIs.
• CRM Strategy: Clear understanding of CRM logic, sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and how to translate business processes into HubSpot architecture.
• Data Management: Strong skills in data migration, cleanup, and ensuring data hygiene within HubSpot.
• Client Communication: Excellent client-facing communication skills for scoping, solutioning, and documentation.
• Problem Solving: Logical thinker with a strong ability to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with specific HubSpot APIs or custom script development.
• Prior experience with data migration or CRM re-architecture projects.
• Spanish fluency (if relevant to your client base).

Time Zone: Must have at least 4 hours/day overlap with US time zones (GMT-5 to GMT-8 preferred).

Compensation is project-based, with an allocation of 25–35% of the project's net revenue depending on scope, autonomy level, and solution complexity.
