They are seeking Entry-Level Electrical Engineers to work on diverse projects while collaborating with senior engineers and gaining hands-on experience. Responsibilities Complete tasks on fit-out, base building, and infrastructure upgrade projects Assemble riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans Assist in planning and coordinating routing of major distribution systems, equipment rooms, closets, shafts, and risers Review shop drawings and perform site visits and punch lists under senior supervision Work on electrical distribution, circuiting, and calculations for electrical systems Lay out switchgear, generators, and panels; perform basic load and voltage drop calculations using software Conduct site surveys, punch lists, and design reviews Skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required (by Summer 2026) 0-1 years of MEP design engineering experience Excellent oral and written communication Demonstrated success collaborating in a team environment Basic understanding of design software tools, Revit and AutoCAD preferred Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including 401k employer match and stock options Paid time off (PTO), volunteer program and employee resource groups Training and professional development courses through JB&B University Company Overview Jaros, Baum & Bolles is an engineering company that provides HVAC, fire protection, and telecom solutions.
