Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe HRIS Analyst II plays a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for the HR department planning and activities. The HRIS Analyst II will identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality, and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency. This position plays a lead role in invalidation/regression testing of configuration changes to ensure data accuracy and those business requirements have been met and, in the testing, and closure of CONA tickets. The HRIS Analyst II uses a deep understanding of data flow between SF modules and downstream to other systems to establish governance and security rules for BI and IT uses of HR data. The HRIS Analyst II maintains and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and staff. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools and establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Another responsibility is to train and provide troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed. The HRIS Analyst II may serve as HR department liaison to IT function.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConducts root cause analysis to determine downstream impacts of master data records and provides recommendations to ensure accuracy and data integrity within internal and external systems (e.g., vendor systems)Performs data entry/audit into the HRIS system and assures data integrity of HR information globallyRecommends changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS, and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes (i.e. onboarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, performance management, recruitment, etc.)Supports the implementation, maintenance, and testing of various modules within HRISDetermines the validity of HR processes and data flow to ensure HRIS is being utilized and optimized to the fullest and that security and governance rules are metProvides oversight and support to HR Data team to translate business requirements into system design, process, and data/reporting requirements; adapts plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational goals and/or challengesConsults, collaborates, and advises the HR leadership, IT and CEOs, about suitable HR technology resolution and optimization solutions, evaluating the risk and benefit of process and technology changesPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities1+ years of in-depth experience managing various HR systemsProficiency with SAP or other HRIS and web-based compensation and talent management tools preferredMicrosoft Excel superuser (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience requiredHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skillsExperience working in a multi-tenant technology organization preferredDemonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive informationPossess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through on issuesStrong understanding of HR/IT infrastructure landscape, including SaaS systems and the interaction points between HRIS and ITForesees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve a variety of problemsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDKnowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experienceExperience with SuccessFactorsPreferred QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Management, Computer Technology, Data AnalyticsExperience with Recruiting and Time Management systems, specifically SF Recruiting and UKG Dimensions is preferredWork EnvironmentOffice EnvironmentMust be willing to participate in a 4 day onsite/1 day remote schedule at our corporate office in South Park#LI-AF1Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
