As an HR Talent Management Co-op, you'll play a vital role in supporting and maturing our Collins EnTeR (Engineering and Technology) rotational program, driving success and growth for early career talent.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op, running from May/June to December, including the Fall semester. As an HR Talent Management Co-op, you'll be working remotely and will be expected to travel to the site location as needed. You'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the Collins EnTeR rotational program and contributing to the growth and development of early career talent.

Key Responsibilities


Ensure all rotational program elements are maturing and meeting key milestones and metrics, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, rotating, developing, and outplacing
Manage key partnerships with leaders, rotates, steering committee members, and more
Partner with the Program Manager to develop strategies related to diversity, program growth, retention, internal partnerships, and more
Bring fresh ideas for program maturity and contribute to the overall success of the Collins EnTeR rotational program

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:


A High School Diploma or equivalent
Be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
Be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:


Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $37,000 - $82,000, depending on experience. As an employee, you'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
