The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a technology resource between Human Resources, IT, and other areas within our business. This includes providing the highest level of technical and functional expertise in an HR System specific domain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independent work in the design and implementation of complex solutions, possessing knowledge of the... capabilities and limitations of industry/vendor solutions within the enterprise. This role acts as a technical expert for technology platforms inside Lowe’s, ensuring all HR Systems function properly and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and leading teams.
