Responsibilities Role: Responsible with the payroll and benefits administration mainly for India office and multiple other Citco locations with duties such as: Ensure that all payroll and benefit amendments are processed accordingly and put into the payroll system for payment Timely communicate all payroll related information with the relevant payroll provider Check the processed payroll output before submitting the payment; Own the full payroll cycle, ensuring all procedures and controls are accurately documented; Prepare and maintain relevant payroll spreadsheets and reports; Handle queries from employees and third parties in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all queries are answered within agreed timescales; Manage payroll related audits; Ensure all payroll documentation is filed in personnel or payroll files on a monthly basis. Qualifications You have a community college or bachelor’s degree; 6-8 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory Able to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and tact Exceptional skill in balancing priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in India Payroll and few other countries.
