HR Recruitment Coordinator, on-site

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition Operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless recruitment execution, driving process efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings experience in recruitment operations, analytics, and project coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management and Execution
Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and key stakeholders to manage and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes. Support interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, relocation activities, Post Government Employment (PGE) processes, and general TA operational workflows. Utilize tools and resources to resolve process challenges and improve efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting
Maintain dashboards, reports, and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute talent acquisition projects including process improvements, system implementations, and training initiatives.

System Administration
Provide technical and functional support for recruitment systems including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management platforms, and other HR technology tools.

Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure recruitment activities align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs and support talent acquisition strategies.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment operations. Develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI
• Advanced computer skills including Excel (macros) and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience OR
• Associate's degree with five years of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or other relevant HR credentials
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as BrassRing, Phenom, Oracle, or PeopleSoft

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
