HR Program Manager – Talent & Performance

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished HR Program Manager – Talent & Performance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• This will be a FULLY REMOTE role.
• Work Location: Remote (Manager based in Woodland Hills, CA)
• Duration: 6 Months assignment with possible extension
• Shift Hours: (M-F) 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Pacific Time) || 40 hours per week
• Equipment will be provided to work from home.
• Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The main function of a Non-IT Program Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities that support internal Talent and Performance Management programs and Workday implementation initiatives.
• This role focuses on enabling program execution through operational support such as tool development, resource curation, process translation, testing coordination, and change management planning.
• The selected candidate will work closely with the Talent and Performance team to support program logistics, maintain internal collaboration platforms, and ensure successful execution of performance management cycles.
• The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Workday implementation through interface testing and process validation
• Develop collateral, resources, and materials supporting Talent and Performance Management programs
• Organize and manage Performance Management SharePoint sites and related documentation
• Assist the Talent and Performance team with coordination of mid-year and year-end performance programs to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and identify follow-up actions or next steps
• Support project/program logistics including documentation, coordination, and reporting
• Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ Program Manager experience handling encounters and medical claims risk adjustment is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Workday systems or HR technology platforms
• Experience managing SharePoint sites or collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables
• Experience supporting Talent or Performance Management programs
• Change management experience related to organizational or HR system implementations
• Experience with AIRTABLE or similar project tracking tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
