----Job Description---- HR Operations Advisor 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Advisor 3 Professional Job for an opportunity at Remote. Position Title: HR Operations Advisor 3 Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 5 Months contract Job Type: Contract and Remote. Pay Range: $23/hr. - $25/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Typical Day in the Role • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is centralizing a person of contact between the business and internal team as well as creating requests within the business' system as there is a high volume to be managed. • Key projects: This role will support the talent operations team and will communicate with different partners across the internal team, administrative assistants, business managers, hiring managers, and will action and respond over multiple platforms. Candidate Requirements • Disqualifiers: NA • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain prior Microsoft employee experience, potentially as a recruiter/coordinator. Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator, staffing associate, administrative assistant, or similar role working with interview scheduling, especially with very high volume, is a huge plus. Recruiting process knowledge and experience is helpful. A Talent Operations Coordinator is a centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The talent program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group. It is critical to have a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field. • Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word). • Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail. • Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed. • Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed. • The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships. • The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data. • POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, including facilitation of the approval and creation processes. • Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with business managers/recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions. • Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed. • Partner closely with business managers, admins and with hiring managers. • Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. • 5-7 years customer service-related experience required.
