They are seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and organized experience as they join the team.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume onboarding pipeline, ensuring new hires move quickly and efficiently through each step of the onboarding processCreate a welcoming and positive first impression for new team members joining Butterfly EffectsProvide responsive and professional communication by answering questions and supporting new hires throughout onboardingEnsure applicants complete all background checks, compliance requirements (such as vaccines and medical requirements), and onboarding documentation in a timely mannerComplete HR data entry, systems setup, onboarding paperwork, and electronic filing accurately and efficientlySchedule and coordinate new hire orientation meetings to support a smooth start for each new hireProactively track onboarding progress and follow up quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to keep timelines moving forwardHelp ensure new team members complete onboarding on schedule so they can begin supporting clients as quickly as possibleSkills1+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, onboarding, recruiting, or similar high-volume rolesAbility to work with urgency, prioritize competing tasks, and keep work moving forward quickly while maintaining accuracyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and supportive approachComfort working with HR systems, email communication, and digital onboarding platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization that values people as much as performance.A collaborative company culture that encourages continuous improvement.Company OverviewButterfly Effects is a family services company that provides ABA Therapy resources.
