Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and international hiring. Knowledge of Singaporean Immigration and Visa Procedures: Familiarity with the regulations and processes related to hiring foreign talent in Singapore. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees, hiring managers, and external partners. Familiarity with Singapore Labor Laws and Regulations: Understanding of the legal framework governing employment in Singapore.
