Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents. Requirements • Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services or home care. • Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field. • Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
