HR Coordinator - Hybrid in Westchester - Up to $80K

Our client is a leading global investment firm managing known for its rigorous, team-oriented culture and long-standing success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and a strong interest in working at a top tier financial services firm. This is also a rare opportunity based in Westchester County that is only 3 days onsite.
Job Description
• Own the candidate experience: From scheduling interviews to greeting and escorting candidates onsite, you'll ensure every interaction is seamless and professional.
• Manage background checks and onboarding. Be the go-to person for pre-employment processes and ensure compliance.
• Support 2-3 recruiters with high-volume interview scheduling (Zoom and onsite).
• Maintain candidate data and trackers; Workday experience is a plus.
• Assist with candidate care during visits-arrange lunches, coffee, and provide a polished, welcoming experience.
• Ad hoc HR support: Help with orientations, events, and other projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant
• Prior HR Coordinator or recruiting support experience is ideal (agency background welcome).
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to pivot quickly when plans change.
• Team-oriented, and willing to roll up your sleeves. This is a very high performing office, and the team is looking for someone who is excited to join their mission.
• Comfortable interacting with senior-level candidates and handling confidential information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems preferred.
