In this role, you’ll focus entirely on HR and administrative functions, not recruitment, helping to manage staff, foster a strong company culture, and support our Talent Acquisition and Operations team with key administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities & experience: • Human Resources: Manage staff leave requests, track leave balances, and prepare related reports in line with company policy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees, and prepare employment confirmation and other HR-related letters as required. • Staff Relations & Management: Handle staff concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate and review staff pulse surveys, analyse feedback, and report findings with recommended actions for improvement. • Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, ensuring timely completion, documentation, and follow-up. Provide administrative and reporting support to managers throughout the review cycle. • Company Culture & Engagement: Support and promote a positive workplace culture by coordinating the celebration of key milestones such as staff birthdays and work anniversaries. This includes arranging hampers, cakes, or gifts where appropriate. Assist with the planning and delivery of company-wide and divisional events to enhance team engagement and connection. • Hiring Administration: Provide administrative support for recruitment-related documentation such as preparing job descriptions, formatting, and editing candidate CVs.( Note: this role does not involve active recruitment or interviewing responsibilities) What your profile will look like: • Must Have – Strong Communication Skills: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. • Must Have – Overall 1–2 years of experience as an HR and Admin Specialist within the BPO industry. Experience in a remote working BPO environment is highly preferred. • Must Be – Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or pursuing a recognized professional qualification in HR or business administration. • Must Be –A people-oriented individual who remains calm under pressure, is detail-oriented, and systems-minded. Must be mature and able to maintain confidentiality in all HR and administrative matters. • Must Be –Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools.
