You’ll own the Salesforce roadmap, manage a small internal team, and serve as the key link between Sales, Finance, Ops, and Dev. This is a strategic, cross-functional role combining product ownership, technical oversight, and process optimization. Responsibilities: Own the Salesforce roadmap, backlog, and release planningTranslate business needs into user stories and platform requirementsPrioritize initiatives across Sales, FP&A, RevOps, and Finance OpsLead internal Salesforce developers and guide solution designOversee integrations with ERP (NetSuite), CLM (Ironclad), and other toolsImprove sales processes, reporting, and automationEnsure platform scalability, user adoption, and data quality Requirements: 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ in Sales Cloud product ownershipStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, APIs, and integrationsProven experience leading developers and managing platform backlogsConfident engaging with stakeholders and aligning business needs with technical executionSalesforce Administrator (required), Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred), App Builder or PD1 (a plus)Fluent in English; experience in fast-paced, multi-country environments preferred Additional Information About usJob&Talent is a true pioneer in the staffing industry, leveraging AI and technology to revolutionize how temporary labor is sourced and managed.
