Job Role: Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, we want to hear from you! Positions Schedule We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home and occasionally visit our office in Chantilly. Your schedule will be as follows: Wednesday: In the Chantilly office from 8AM-5PM with a one-hour lunch break Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8AM-5PM with a one-hour lunch break Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: Previous call center experience of at least 1 year Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute Ability to handle high call volume and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure Ability to work independently as well as within the dispatch team Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan) Remote Work Qualifications To ensure your success while working from home, you'll need to provide the following: High-speed internet connection A quiet workspace with minimal background noise Don't worry about the equipment – blithequark will provide a laptop and cell phone to help you stay connected and productive.
