Note from Homeowner Reliable, Detail-Oriented Cleaner Needed for Airbnb in Chattanooga's Southside I'm looking for a dedicated, reliable cleaner for my Airbnb townhouse located in Chattanooga's Southside neighborhood. This is a well-paying opportunity for the right person—someone who: Shows up on time, every time Pays close attention to detail Communicates clearly and promptly Cares about cleanliness and the guest experience What the Job Involves: Cleanings must happen between 11am–3pm on checkout days. You'll typically need to start no later than 12pm, even if the next guest hasn't booked yet (last-minute bookings are common). You'll need to be available for same-day or next-day turnovers, especially after unbooked nights (I've had guests book as late as midnight). Tasks include: Making beds to specific standards Ensuring all glass (mirrors, windows, etc.) is clean—especially free of pet nose prints Folding towels to specific standards Resetting curtains and cushions to the same arrangement each time Organizing kitchen cabinets and putting dishes away Completing a photo or video walkthrough after each clean Drying/storing inflatable paddleboards or kayak in the garage if used by guests Potentially taking linens home to wash if turnover time is short (on-site combo washer/dryer can be slow) Using only non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning products (I will provide these) ------------- Bonus Opportunity: I'm also open to adding the right person as a Co-host on Airbnb, for additional compensation.
