Research and Travel Planning: Research the best deals, customs, weather, and activities for clients' destinations. You'll learn how to book various types of travel, including cruises, resorts, groups, air travel, car rentals, theme park tickets, and more. Vendor Management: Learn to work directly with vendors to book travel arrangements. You'll develop a knowledge base of the best vendors for specific locations, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service. Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services in the travel industry. We'll provide you with ongoing training on new resorts, services, and industry trends, enabling you to offer expert advice to clients. Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after clients' vacations. By maintaining accurate client records, you'll be able to assist repeat clients more efficiently, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access. Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not required). To be at least 18 years of age. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
