Responsibilities:
Ā Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's high cleanliness standards.
Ā Replenish amenities, linens, and towels while ensuring guest comfort.
Ā Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Ā Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
Ā Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to create a safe and hygienic environment.
Ā Work efficiently to ensure all rooms are ready for guests in a timely manner.
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service by being courteous and attentive to guest needs.
Qualifications:
Ā Previous housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in a hotel setting.
Ā Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Excellent time management skills to handle daily room quotas.
Ā Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
Ā Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
