Position Details: Live-In ( will have a separate room with attached bathroom)
Job Details:
Days: 7 days a week with one afternoon off (preferably Sunday). Family travels about 6 months out of the year. Not everyday will be long hours. Short hours when they travel.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 per year
Additional Benefits: TBD

Family seeking a dedicated, flexible, and experienced couple to help manage and maintain a private property. This role requires a couple who can share responsibilities effectively, adapt to a variety of tasks, and provide exceptional care for the home and property.
Main Work Duties but Not Limited To:
Housekeeping:
Daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing all areas).
Maintaining cleanliness of all living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Changing bed linens and organizing closets/drawers.
Seasonal deep cleaning (windows, baseboards, appliances).
Organization
Help in kitchen.
Taking care of the dog.
Grocery shopping sometimes.
Caretaker:
Inspect the property regularly and perform minor repairs as needed, including fences and other outdoor fixtures.
Maintain the grounds, including lawns, driveways, golf greens, sand traps, flower beds, and ornamental trees and bushes.
Remove debris such as leaves and sticks to ensure the property is tidy.
Required Qualities:
Trustworthy, honesty

Willingness to work
Flexible
Requirements:
Proven experience in household and property management.
Must be comfortable with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.
Ability to drive.
English fluency is required.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
