You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to drive project success. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Leadership**: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from inception to completion. * **Customer-Facing Communications**: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle. * **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success. * **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively. * **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders. **Essential Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * **Experience**: Proven experience (3 years) in project management, specifically in software development projects, with a focus on customer-facing communications. * **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
