Role Description This is a paid position for House Manager, located on-site at the Wellfleet Preservation Hall in Wellfleet, MA. The House Manager will oversee concerts or other performances 3-4 times a month. It pays 28 per hour. House manager will be responsible for supervising volunteers, setting up the concessions, setting up box office/check-in, greeting concert goers, giving House Manager announcements and introducing performers, managing lights at the beginning and end of performances, operating Sonos via iPad, and documentation for bookkeeping. Must be TIPS certified and use Square reader. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Training experience Excellent Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction Organizational and time management abilities Flexibility to work evenings, including weekends, (3-4 a month) Love of all types of music a plus
