House Coordinator/Transfer Center - Nights (PT)

As a key nursing leader, the House Coordinator provides both direct and indirect supervision for staff across all shifts — days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role ensures the smooth operation of hospital services by overseeing staffing, resource management, and patient flow, maintaining continuity of care in the absence of Department Directors or Managers.The House Coordinator serves as a central decision-maker, acting independently or in collaboration with other leaders, while occasionally providing direct patient care.
