What to know about this role • This is a temporary, part-time role from mid-February 2025 to approximately mid-June 2025. The maximum number of hours per week is 30 hours. • The hourly rate for this position is: $25.00 per hour • We are not able to extend visa sponsorship for this role • You must be legally able to work within the U.S. • We are a fully remote organization with team members across the country. We appreciate the candidates who apply and express interest but cannot circumvent the recruitment process for any candidates, regardless of their relationship to the AMA or our team members The impact of this role Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the purpose of this position is to elevate the client experience by fulfilling campaigns as sold by the Customer Success Managers and communicating all post-sales activity. This position will also play a vital role in statistical tracking and reporting. What you’ll be doing • Lead the fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables • Create campaign metrics reports, including the number of leads generated, clicks, and audience engagement • Pulling reports from Google Ad Manager, HubSpot, Rasa, Cvent, and Google Analytics • Assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for top AMA sponsors • Assist in managing the Alliances team’s deliverables calendar. This includes information regarding newsletter schedules, webcasts, sponsored content, virtual events, and more • Tracking and reporting program metrics like webinar registrations, dedicated email performance, and newsletter performance What you bring to the table • At least two years experience working in client or customer service virtually • At least one year of experience in Asana project management platform or another PM platform (i.e. Monday.com) • Experience within WordPress • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Exposure to Salesforce CRM What you may also have • Exposure to Hubspot reporting • Experience working with Google Ad Manager • Experience working with Google Analytics What to expect from the interview process • Hiring Manager resume review • One-way video interview on Spark Hire (We promise this isn’t scary!
