The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor! This property is owned and operated by NCG Hospitality.
The Home2 Suites and Tru is currently under construction and will be opening late fall. NCG Hospitality is a leader in the ownership, development, and operations of premier hospitality properties, recently winning 2024 Top Work Place AZ Central award
Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

Responsibilities
Our Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor supervises the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment.
? Manages the housekeeping department in the Executive Housekeeper's absence
? Maintains property, laundry and public areas systems and checklists
? Ensures the compliance of health and safety standards
? Maintains key control procedure and daily verification of all keys in department
? Adheres to department guidelines for employee scheduling, breaks and meal periods
? Assists in daily room inspections
? Performs all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, rooms, and public areas cleaning
Qualifications
? 2+ years of supervisory experience
? Flexible availability
? Strong oral and interpersonal skills
? Team player attitude to ensure a smooth property operation
? Strong attention to detail
? Reliability and honesty
? Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
