About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Hotel Booking Agent, you will assist customers with booking hotel accommodations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent support to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and related services through phone, email, or online channels.
ā¢ Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding hotel options, rates, and availability.
ā¢ Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
ā¢ Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
ā¢ Collaborate with hotel partners to resolve issues and improve booking efficiency.
ā¢ Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and destinations to offer the best recommendations.
ā¢ Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, booking accuracy, and response time.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred.
ā¢ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
ā¢ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms and reservation systems is a plus.
ā¢ High attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
ā¢ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
