The Hospital Security Operation Center Dispatcher will answer telephones and dispatch hospital security personnel accordingly, observe for signs of crime or disorder, monitor video recording devices, and provide information quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Key Responsibilities:

Access control: Monitoring and controlling entry points to Amazon offices and facilities, checking employee badges, and managing visitor access.
Surveillance: Operating security cameras and monitoring systems to detect any
suspicious activities or security breaches. * Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of employeesand property. * Emergency response: Being prepared to respond to various emergencies, such as fires,medical situations, or security threats. * Reporting: Documenting incidents, maintaining logs, and reporting any securityconcerns to management. * Enforcing policies: Ensuring compliance with company security policies andprocedures. * Screening: Conducting security screenings of personnel and packages entering thefacilities. * Liaison with law enforcement: Cooperating with local law enforcement agencies whennecessary. * Technology management: Operating and monitoring electronic security systems.Customer service: Providing assistance and information to employees and visitors in a
professional manner. * Asset protection: Safeguarding company assets, including intellectual property andphysical equipment. * Training and drills: Participating in regular security training and emergency drills.Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age to qualify.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Must have 2 years of prior Security Experience and Supervisory Experience
Must be comfortable using computers or tablet devices
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
