Regional Managers ensure that the store principles and lululemon culture and core values are followed and that each store provides exceptional guest experience through technical product education and authentic connection. Willing to work as part of a team and also complete work independently or aloneWilling to move through a store to help team members support guestsWilling to travel to retail locations to accomplish work, as needed and as requestedWilling to be stationary (e.g., at a desk/computer) for more than an hour at a timeExperience5 years of work experience in leadership roleAssets:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent1 year work experience in multi-retail store managementPrevious lululemon store management experienceCompensation & Benefits PackageBase Pay Range: $119,000-161,000/annually, subject to minimum wage in the location Target Bonus: 30% Total Target Base Pay Range: $154,700-209,300/annually lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
