Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with live chat support software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
