What You’ll Do
As a Home Inspector in Nashville, you will evaluate residential and commercial properties and provide clear, accurate reporting to clients, including buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform home inspections for pre-purchase, pre-listing, and maintenance needs
Assess structural, mechanical, and safety components of properties
Conduct ancillary services, including radon testing, mold inspections, termite (WDI), and sewer scope inspections
Communicate findings through detailed inspection reports and client conversations
Navigate attics, roofs, and crawl spaces during inspections
Safely lift up to 50 lbs of equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Tennessee Home Inspector License (Required)
Experience in home inspection, construction, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of residential systems, building materials, and construction methods
Close attention to detail with strong problem-solving and observational skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bending and kneeling while inspecting a home
Ability to stand/walk for many hours at a time
Ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces, including crawling
