We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.Facility: BayCare HomeCareLocation: Tampa, FLStatus: Full TimeShift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - FridaysWeekend Work: 1 Weekend Rotation a monthOn Call: YesThe Home Health RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patientMonitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplinesEnsure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician ordersReview of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visitsInform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care SupervisorRequired Certifications and Licensures:BLS (Basic Life Support)RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)Education:Required Associate's or Diploma NursingPreferred Bachelor's NursingExperience:Required 1 year Registered NursePreferred 1 year Home CareWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
