Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Operations Specialist with a proven background in home health sales, referrals, and insurance contracts. This role is fully remote – your results matter more than where you’re based. Key Responsibilities: Build strong referral pipelines with clinics, doctors, hospitals, and senior facilities. Oversee and support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth patient care and compliance. Negotiate and maintain insurance contracts and payer relationships. Drive new business opportunities and consistently exceed growth goals. Requirements: Experience in home health, healthcare sales, or operations (required). Strong knowledge of patient referrals, insurance contracts, and compliance. Existing referral connections in the healthcare industry a plus.
