Specific Duties:
??Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered and aid the caller in understanding the value of the Company?? services.
??Establish rapport and engage members with Landmark by scheduling the first initial visit.
??Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions while safeguarding Protected Health Information.
??Route calls properly to support first call resolution.
??Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.
??Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
??Adhere to attendance requirements.
??Other administrative duties as assigned.
Must have qualifications/experience:
??High school graduate or GED equivalent
??Must be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
??2+ years??experience using CRM applications.
??Minimum of one year in an outreach environment preferred.
??Medical Terminology knowledge
??Experience working in a fast paced team environment
??Great Multitasker
??Positive Attitude
??Good Typing Skills
??Great Customer Service Skills
??Attention to Detail
??Strong Organizational Skills
??Effective communication skills both written and verbal
??Strong computer skills
??Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.
