Schedule Management:
Create, coordinate, and maintain detailed itineraries for clients
Promptly update schedules to accommodate changes or special requests
Ensure bookings are confirmed and all itinerary details are accurate and shared with clients
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of schedules, bookings, and client interactions using our system
Monitor deadlines, payment schedules, and booking confirmations for seamless execution
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts professionally and efficiently
