About the Role This is a part-time position offering flexible working hours of under 4 hours per shift. Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport services to keep passengers informed. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with other airline staff to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Support passengers with special needs, accommodating their requests and ensuring their travel experience is comfortable and enjoyable. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling stressful situations with composure and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset to address passenger needs and concerns. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our operational requirements. To be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not mandatory, having: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles can be beneficial, though not required. Experience in a fast-paced environment can help you navigate the demands of this role more effectively.
