The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Global Solutions Project Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills. Ideal Candidates will be • Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude • Possesses strong multi-tasking and prioritization skill sets • Work well with others and be a team player • Research-driven and customer-focused individual • Accurate with detailed information and organized • Able to think analytically • Able to work independently but with excellent collaboration skills • Advanced organization skills and ability to shift priorities • Positive, outgoing personality with a strong sense of partnership • Inspires others through his/her professionalism and work integrity Role Details • Industry: Promotions • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) • Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient • Salary Range: PHP 27,000.00 Job Responsibilities • * As assigned, provide coordination for projects involving Global Trade solutions, through the entire project life cycle. • Provide project timelines and status reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the quality of the project deliverables, including functional specifications, global trade compliance requirements, • Build relationship with partners, understand their capabilities, document their offering • and process improvement recommendations to improve quality, reduce risk, promote efficiency, and encourage compliance. • Compile data to provide reporting and visual representation • As an integral member of corporate Global Trade Management team, may perform other duties on a collateral basis, as assigned by VP of Global Sourcing, Import Compliance, and Logistics Additional Job Requirements • Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade management, or equivalent experience. • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relatable business experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams • 1+ years using Project Management practices Software that will be used • Various promotional industry-specific software (I.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal About DCX DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
