With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team.If you are adaptable, smart, proactive, and flexible, then this role is for you!REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIESAttention to Detail: Manages complex scheduling, form tracking, and presentation materials with a high level of accuracy.Proactive Planning: Anticipates scheduling needs and potential conflicts, ensuring seamless execution of training sessionsCalendar Management Expertise: Comfortable owning and running daily calendar updates for leadership and training schedules.Strong Confidentiality: Handles highly sensitive and proprietary information with utmost discretion and professionalism.Collaboration & Relationship Management: Works closely with leadership, trainers, and the broader team, building trust and fostering strong partnerships.Service-Driven & Fast-Moving: Thrives in dynamic environments, prioritizes service excellence, and responds quickly to changing needsWHAT YOU WILL DOHeavy Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and rescheduling of over 300+ field training participants currently on the waiting list.Calendar Management: Own and update the leader’s daily calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and time allocation.Field Training Form Management: Receive, track, and organize all Field Training forms submitted by representatives.Presentation Support: Assist in building, organizing, and updating presentations used in sales workshops and training sessions.Confidentiality Maintenance: Safeguard confidential materials, including Field Training content and proprietary company tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with leaders and the HPG team to drive Field Training success.Process Improvement: Offer creative ideas and solutions to improve scheduling efficiency and training coordination. WHAT WE LOOK FOREducation: Bachelor’s Degree.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, or project management role.
