Role Description
SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Full time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri.
ā¢ Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri
ā¢ This is a fully remote position
ā¢ Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone
ā¢ Seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women
ā¢ Potential for professional growth for the right candidate
Qualifications
ā¢ Sound medical decision making abilities
ā¢ Current experience delivering Telehealth
ā¢ Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and quality patient relationship skills
ā¢ Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing
ā¢ NPI number **REQUIRED***
ā¢ No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
ā¢ Current DEA License in Missouri
ā¢ Availability of Monday - Friday 8-5pm central standard time

ā¢ Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already in Missouri, we will not be able to consider your application
