Role Description As a Solution Architect, AI/ML, you will craft innovative solutions for our clients' artificial intelligence and machine learning needs. You'll be instrumental in shaping customer journeys by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementations that utilize the power of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation. • Set clear goals and monitor performance, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. • Partner with Sales and Engineering to translate client requirements into tailored AI/ML solutions leveraging GCP's AI and ML services like Vertex AI or BigQuery ML. • Develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define project scope and implementation plans. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. • Lead the team in strategizing, designing, and architecting scalable AI/ML solutions on GCP. • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and translate that knowledge into practical solutions for clients. • Foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging team members to pursue certifications, training, and professional growth opportunities. • Lead or support authoring and publishing research. Collaborate with Marketing team to raise profile of the company, participate in/lead branding and sales campaigns. • Engage in on-site client meetings and workshops as needed to facilitate collaboration and understanding. Qualifications • Proven experience in utilizing AI/ML services for building and deploying machine learning models. Good understanding of Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) preferred. • Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP preferred). • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and enthusiasm. • Experience working directly with clients in an advisory, solutioning, pre-sales or consulting role, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions. • Specify the deliverables of services projects by developing detailed project Statements of Work (SOWs); Assist sales team with preparedness and delivery of technical presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work. • Experience working directly with customers in an advisory, solutioning, pre-sales or consulting capacity. • Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading the deployment of scalable solutions on public cloud, GCP Preferred. • Be a technical and business consultant to our clients before, during, and after implementations. • Industry level or Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) preferred. • Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI/ML Masters or PHD preferred. • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for client engagements, team meetings, and industry events.
