Job Description We're looking for a driven and pioneering individual who will support a team in creating and delivering a critical new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. The scope of work requires the ability to transition from program methodology, to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo status. The successful candidate should be high-energy, proactive, passionate about customer experience, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the Content and Customer Experience expert for CSO's most critical new Sales Enablement program, focusing on the customer experience and challenging traditional approaches to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time. Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program lead on the best ways to meet goals. Organize content from various sources. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all company content, and monitor which parts are performing well and which ones need to be refreshed. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing. Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that will accelerate sales, improve the overall customer experience, and drive sales. Key Capabilities 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners; experience working in a geo-sensitive environment. Deep experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive more sales. Extensive knowledge of Apple products' features, benefits, and applications. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies. Past experience in customer service tools to impact both front-end and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Director is a plus. Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is a necessity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, values, honesty, and trustworthiness. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus. Compensation and Benefits At Apple, base pay is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range. This gives the potential opportunity to advance as you grow and develop within the role. The base pay range for this job is $35-$40 per hour, and your base pay will be determined based on your skills, experience, capabilities, and location.
