Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Specialist who can evaluate and implement corporate-wide improvements to our training programs, systems, and processes. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement, partnering across global teams to deliver training that makes a difference.
• Support internal and external audit activities as assigned regarding Training processes or requests
• Drive and support improvement initiatives geared towards simplification, standardization, and overall effectiveness of our QMS training programs
• Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis such as gap assessments, internal feedback, external benchmarking, and the use of available technology
• Support or be responsible for corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities related to training process or outcomes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to determine user’s training requirements and resolve any findings
• Create, evaluate, or update training course materials suitable to the intended audience
• Establish training evaluation methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness based on risk
• Support multiple projects simultaneously by driving Training-related process improvements
Qualifications
• Experience working within a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc.) with direct responsibilities for training
• Customer-service oriented and eager to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Apply critical thinking and change management skills to solve problems and drive desired results
• Value and demonstrate diligence for compliance, technical competence, and good judgement
• Work independently with a high degree of accountability and accuracy
• Ability to flex and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration Module
• Understanding how training, development, and performance improvement contribute to an organization's competitive advantage
Requirements
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 -5 years of related experience
• Travel Required: 5-15%
