Hiring Outpatient Psychiatrists | Onsite/Remote | CA

We are seeking a California-licensed Psychiatrist for a full-time/part time , hybrid position, providing services across two outpatient clinic locations in Gilroy and Campbell, CA. The role requires working 1 day per week Gilroy, CA, 1 day in Campbell, CA and 2 days virtually. Typical working hours are from 9 AM – 5:30 PM or 10 AM – 6:30 PM, with some flexibility as needed. Position Type: Hybrid Full-time or Part-time Key Responsibilities: • Lead psychiatric care procedures in coordination with clinical teams. • Participates in clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, including prescribing medications and conducting psychiatric evaluations. • Collaborate with program managers to ensure adherence to clinical standards. • Provides psychiatric services and consultation for staff development and best practice implementation. • Provide support for after-hours psychiatric crises when necessary. • Maintains licensure, attends required training, and represents the agency at city/state meetings • Comfortable working with Children and Adults. Qualifications: • MD from an accredited institution. • Current California Medical Board License. • DEA registration to prescribe medications. • Minimum 8 years of experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably with children. • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. • Valid California driver’s license.
