Â Â Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Full-Time Primary Therapist to join our remote Virtual Outpatient program! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. This is a Remote position, but candidates must be located in California.
Flexible Schedule but must have availability Monday - Friday from 9 am - 7 pm
Responsibilities and Duties:
 Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
 Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
 Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups
 Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
 Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
 Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator
Requirements:
Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
Experience with DBT or a willingness to learn
Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
Exceptional clinical judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be located in California
