About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Allocation Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the distribution and billing of our publications to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This exciting opportunity involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions, follow-up, and data entry tasks, all while working with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Manage account creation and administration for various print offices Direct record supply management and bring section back Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via email and telephone Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and research related to billing inquiries Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes Aid in all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Years of general office experience, as well as prior customer service experience Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (ability to maintain complex accounting spreadsheets) The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a varying daily workload Willingness to work a standard 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule and adapt to ensure coverage A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with data entry and customer support software Knowledge of the publishing or media industry Certification in customer service or a related field Proficiency in additional Microsoft Office applications Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
