Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply IEPs tailored to each student.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address students communication challenges.
Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and take part in team meetings for effective planning.
Advocate for students, stay informed on the latest trends, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Arizona Teaching Certification required
Arizona SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$45
Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
