Required Skills
 Previous experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within SaaS or similar industries.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
 Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and flexibility while managing multiple tasks.
 Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
 Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets is a plus.
Qualifications
 A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or customer success roles.
