 Professional work ethic & integrity
 Competitive nature
 Ability to work well in a team environment
 Good organizational skills
 Excellent written & verbal communication skills
 Demonstrated success finding & cultivating new business opportunities
 Meet requirements to access classified information
 BSEE or equivalent experience
