Description:

Disney seeks an experienced, meticulous, and dynamic Operations Project Coordinator to join our hardworking team. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the implementation of new projects and initiatives while ensuring that all project goals align with the company’s objectives. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, managing schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.

You will assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in Project Management or a similar role.

2. Proficiency in project management software tools.

3. Strong ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

2. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes.

3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.

4. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.

5. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

6. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

7. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
